      Cheryl graduated from East West College in Portland, Oregon in 1995 and has continued avidly learning about body and energy work since then. She has a wide range of treatment experience including injury recovery, chronic pain management, stress reduction and pure relaxation massage. She combines energetic principles of Eastern and Western disciplines in her work and is guided intuitively by the needs of the body, gravitating to areas that require special attention. Cheryl is a practical, easy-going person with a warm & welcoming presence. Well trained in both Swedish Relaxation and Deep Tissue style massages, she also practices a variety of other massage techniques and modalities of energy work. These include Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Foot Reflexology, and Reiki. She has a patient and responsive style that is strongly rooted in her knowledge, experience, communication and intuition. She holds a firm belief that the key to helping facilitate balance and wellbeing is by listening attentively to the subtle messages from the body. Cheryl is committed to health and healing in her massage practice as well as in her daily life. While being a mother to her son, Max, and a wife to her husband, Bob, she has opened up her heart even more than before to her need to nurture and care for others. She enjoys family and friends, her pets, cooking, gardening, traveling and the outdoors. Cheryl Moffat, LMT provides many different types of Therapeutic Massage and Energy Balancing sessions. She is an experienced Oregon State Licensed (OR#5322) and AMTA Insured Massage Therapist and will carefully customize the right massage treatment to best fit your needs. Great care and special attention are given to everyone, to make sure that they are comfortable and cared for properly and safely.
