Car wash a few weeks ago: two workers on duty, and one of them broke the short antenna completely off the back of my car's roof with his brush during pre-treatment. I heard a loud crack from inside the car and thought it was the back window, but that was fine. I saw the two workers talk together behind my car, but they didn't come talk to me, so I assumed nothing was wrong with my car. Didn't notice the antenna was gone until I arrived at a far-away destination. Phoned the business and said I wasn't trying to get anyone in trouble, but they clearly knew they did it when it happened, and now I've got to get it fixed. The person on the phone said he'd look into it and call me back, and then didn't. That part doesn't bother me as much as the worker(s) who didn't come clean in the first place. Glad I didn't leave a tip in the jar at the end of the wash! I used to use that car wash all the time, but I'm not going back and will certainly discourage others from going there.

Wow! After waiting for 25 min. and watching over 12 vehicles leave, thought about leaving myself. But not before I call and let them know how many people are leaving. Look losing 12 vehicles every 25 min is hugh. At $10 a wash. Let call it $260 an hour they are losing . One guy working. So I back to calling. I told a guy on the other line about the vehicles leaving. He said that I could go with then if I wanted. Didn't care about customer service. I know the office is at lube building, but the car wash was 10x more busy. Will not go back to Sammy's in Windham me. P.s terrible car wash!
