Diego Lock and Key came in the middle of the night to help me out. This locksmith came to open my door in the middle of the night. This is also the only locksmith that I called that EVEN answered the phone. I saw lots of locksmiths advertising 24/7 service, but none of them even pick up the phone!! This one did. I waited about 30 minutes for the guy to show up, he opened my door for me and even let me pay by credit card.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI have some things at home that are very valuable and precious to me. So I decided to buy a new lock and make my door a bit more secure. I tried to buy one myself at the local DIY center, that was a waste of time. This locksmith came to my house, showed me several locks, explained the difference and did a nice job installing it. I now have a high security lock, I sleep better, am more relaxed when I go out of the house, and in a weird way am proud of my new lock. I like showing it off to friends when they come over.

I hired a contractor to do restore parts of my house. I assumed that the contractor knew something about door locks. That was a big mistake. The door locks were not even installed aligned. They couldn't lock at all. To think I paid extra and insisted a strong security. I had to call a locksmith to repair the terrible installation and then evaluate the rest of the house. The locksmith was great at getting my house secure. The contractor was terrible at security and never trust a contractor with security.
