Scott is a lifesaver when it comes to computers. As a business owner with a home-based business, my PC is essential. I cannot afford for my computer to be "down." Other services require you to bring your computer to them and leave it for several days or more. Scott comes to me, responds quickly and repairs the problem. Through a secure program, Scott was able to access my computer remotely meaning that I was able to get my problems solved immediately and didn't have to try to fumble through explaining the problem or fixing things myself.
