I actually have been going here on and off since like 2008 probably. It is completely out of my way (I live 20 minutes away at best) and I still try to go there as often as possible. All of the Pedicures I have had there were immaculate. I usually try to see Christieveryone when I go but most of the time she is booked. She has an incredible eye for detail eyebrows, lashes, nails etc she is out of this world, but almost always booked. Even when I have tried others I don't have any complaints. Don't know about anyone else's experiences but I love this place.

Went today will never ever go again they screw up my eyebrows so bad . They left one bigger then the other and it was very noticeable . The lady clearly saw iI was not happy .

I went there for some time now, and the person that did my feet cut my toe and it bled?, he did not even say sorry or try to compensate for the situation. Then I got my nails done, found out I had a nail fungus, went back to them and all he did was take the nail off file over it and put the nail Gel back on with no treatment. Never going back!!!!!

Wow, I just read the reviews below and I was shocked. I have gone there for a year for both manicures and pedicures. Amy and Leo have both worked with me, but mostly Amy. I have always found everyone there delightful and the work has been tremendous. I was getting regular manicures and pedicures and they introduced me to Gel. My pedicures last for months and my manicures about 3 weeks - and I'm a gardener who likes to work without gloves. Again, in a year, I have never witnessed any behavior remotely like that described below, and I have witnessed technicians gladly repair issues that have popped up with clients after receiving their service. In my opinion, there is no one in that salon who could be rude if they tried.



I even give gift certificates to my loved ones because I knowit will be such a great experience.

The older gentleman is so RUDE and their work is POOR! I will never give them my business AGAIN!

You must go to Nails R Us and see Leo. I have been two times and was pleased each visit. He is great and keeps you entertained while he works. I could not have had a better experience.

Worst pedicure ever today. Cleaning and filing was okay, but the polish is completely uneven, even the top coat is uneven (didn't know that was possible). I have been here before, and not had a bad experience, but I will not be back again. Definitely not worth the money. Worst part is, now I have to have someone else paint my tootsies.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I made an appointment to have a pedicure, waxing and to have my artificial fingernails taken off. First off the girl had the water so hot I am glad I didn't just step in the water would have burned me. When she did the pedicure she didn't even trim my nails. Next was the removal, I have always had them soaked off when I went to a salon. Not here. The nail tech and another gentleman peeled and picked the acrylic off my nails. I could have done that at home!!!! My nails are still sore and it's been a week tomorrow since it was done. She also cut my cuticles 2 times so they bled. Terrible terrible place Stay Away.

They insulted one persons nails that was there with a friend getting hers done, then another person went to have nails done before going out of town, they refused said they didn't need to be done. Embarrassed both people. Neither will return there, nor will I
