I have never seen better customer service than I have found at Blue Jacket Books. They know their customers and will let me know when something comes in that I may like. I have found that if I need a book they dont have in stock they will get the book for me in short time and usually at a better price than the franchise stores. To walk into the shop is an experience that I just adore. From being welcomed by Elizabeth and Rosie to Miss Maggie the never impressed store kitty It is a place that I enjoy to go to and they save me cash on the books I love.

Once again, you made it to easy to buy new and used books. I'm still in awe that I can email you late on Sat afternoon to order a book and have it in your store by Tues am. Thank you for the wonderful customer service...it is so hard to find these days!
