I went to Nail Matrix on a Groupon Hubby have me super nice and clean. They are disposable you on to their website www.nail-matrix.com and read all about it and Leslie does some amazing eyebrows.

Took my girlfriend on Saturday 2/22 to get a full set and she was super happy. Really clean place and nice ladies. Needed an appointment no biggie cuz the work was worth the wait. This place is not a factory.

Honestly I don't get the negative reviews. This nail salon is awesome, they have great customer service. Lauren does amazing acrylics and custom nail art. They perform all pedicures in a disposable setting, so you don't get any toenail fungus or skin infection. The owner is super sweet and the spa has original artwork and not pictures of hands and feet like you are used to seeing in the Asian Salons. They are not a factory but promote a relaxing and friendly environment. Oh and they guarantee all of their work, this is not true at the other salons. Don't believe what you read you can see their photos on Facebook, Nail-Matrix.com and Yelp. I am a regular and I love this place. PS they all speak ENGLISH.

I waited 3 weeks for this appointment since it was a groupon. The groupon was for a shellac manicure and pedicure. The blonde lady was my technician and it took her forever to paint a French on my toes. Then when I got my manicure she used a squared tool to push up my cuticles and then she scraped off my cuticle rather than removing it with the cuticle clipper and it hurt so bad.! Before u apply shellac polish you're supposed to buff the nails which was not done. When I left the place it actually looked like I needed a manicure more than I did before I went in to get it. Lesson learned! Do your research on a place before u decide to be cheap and use a groupon.

I bought a groupon for this salon and made my appointment a week and a half in advance. I had to do so on my lunch hour and it was a twenty minute drive to get to them. I made sure they knew this and also told them it was for a special occasion and I would be leaving the day after my appointment, so I wanted everything to go smoothly. When I got there I was not impressed with the decor or the cleanliness but I had to go through with my appointment if I wanted nice nails for my vacation. However I was told they were running a half hour behind. Which of course, I could not wait for. I was told they were fully booked and I would not be able to come back another time. In other words, they refused me service. So I wasted my entire lunch hour driving to this horrible little place and now I have to try to get out of work early tonight to find another place to get my mani/pedi in time for my trip. Judging by the other reviews I've read around the internet this could actually be a blessing in disguise as everyone else is complaining about the bad job they do. Groupon did refund my money as well. Don't buy the groupon, and don't go there! Totally not worth it.
