We have used Kenward's several times to send flowers to my now 96-year-old mother. We have received courteous and timely service, and my mother has always been delighted with the quality.

My Valentine flowers look like Funeral Flowers!!! They were all facing the front and none on the back. They looked awful sitting on my desk. I had to choose to face them out so they would look good to everyone else or face them toward me and therefore ugly to everyone who looked at them. The greenery had spores on the back. And the ribbon was very cheap looking. I am very disappointed. My husband paid the same that he would have from his normal choice, Posey Peddler, for a very plain arrangement from this florist.
