My son, who is a college student, had trouble with his car. He was told by two other companies the issue was the Alternator. Which was going to cost me $400.00. I called and spoke to the owner - he was very friendly - and assured me he would not charge more than $350.00. Upon looking at car he found it was only the battery cables that needed to be cleaned.
He did not do any work without first contacting either myself or my son. I found him to be very trustworthy and he has found a long time client with my son.

I was passing through on a long road trip and my car broke down. I was towed to this shop, and they were excellent! Very reasonable prices, were very informative on what they were doing and they stayed late trying to squeeze me in so I could get back onto the road. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop :)

When your Porsche, BMW, or Mercedes is brand new, please, go take it to the dealer to get it worked on but, once it's out of warranty, take it to United Car Care. They do excellent work for a fair price and work on all kinds of import cars. Over the past ten years they have worked on my Ferrari 308, my BMW, my specialty Beck 550, my Alfa Romeo, and my current Porsche Boxster. When you take your car to the dealer they will often charge you for 3 hours of work even though their mechanic only spent 15 minutes on the car. If you complain they will tell you that 'there is a fixed rate for that repair'. At least at United Car Care if they spend 3 hours on your car, it means they actually did 3 hours of work. Highly recommended!

I've been bringing my vehicles here for years and love the service. The people are very knowledgeable and professional and go the extra mile to make sure in satisfied. If my son was old enough to work, I'd send him here to learn a strong work ethic.

We just moved here and had two vehicles inspected, tested, and repaired. We felt that the prices were fair and upfront, and they gave us a first-time-customer discount as a "welcome," which was nice. There were no surprises in our communication with them about what needed doing, and how much it would cost. Plus, they were able to get both cars into the shop immediately. But we really loved how personable and flexible the staff was for us, including giving me a ride to and from the shop after dropoff one day. Common sense work done at home-town prices, by friendly, common sense people. Doesn't get any better than that.

As I tell all of my friends, this is where to take your car, I have been taking my car here for years and haven't been disappointed. I like the personal service where I can talk directly with the person working on my car. So far I give them 5 stars.
