Quality of service - A......Business ethics - F. I was quoted $55 over the phone for a partial highlight. When I checked the website later, I saw a price range of $55-85, which is fine. The stylist suggested I might want to add lowlights to my highlights but never mentioned this would put me in a different price bracket. I went to pay the bill and the charge was $150. Gad zeeks! When I challenged the price, I was offered $20 off my next bill. Right, like there will really be a next time....not at those prices!!! Beware......check and recheck your prices carefully before you embark on a procedure at this salon and don't expect to be treated fairly.

This place is pleasent and frienly on my first visit there they greated me well gave coffe in a real cup not paper it feel wonderful . I went there to see jovany for the first time for my nail and he was charming and frienly he made me felt comfertable great job well done to the EUROPA SALON The place is clean and roomy staff are frienly and I will recomended for anyone to visit.
