I have found them quite helpful whenever I have brought watches in that required either batteries, or actual repair. So helpful, that I even bought a watch from them, and I am considering another watch.SH
DONT SHOP HERE. I brought my wife's wedding ring there to have the stone re-set and was treated like a 2nd class citizen b/c I didn't buy a ring with them. "It makes it hard for us to exist if you buy the ring somewhere else then have us do all the work". How rude.
