Pet Paradise Rio Rancho is hand down the only place I'd ever bring my dog to play, swim and board.Staff works hard, fun and friendly team.Everytime my dog(Pointer) go he come home happy and well executed.

I have taken my dog there several times and they seem to loose my paper work or tell me my dog needs shots when she is up to date on her shots, yesterday my daughter picked up my dog along with her dogs and when they brought out the dogs they were giving her a totally different dog

Pet Paradise Rio Rancho is hands down the only place I'd ever bring my pets to play and board. Everytime my Golden Retrievers and Aussie go they come home happy and well-executed. The staff is friendly and extremely educated on pets and pet care. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

My dogs were happy, calm, well fed, and content. What more could we ask for? We will come back again and again and again. Thanks for being here. The people are very professional, kind, caring and considerate. I also had and have my dogs groomed at your facility regularly. They always come away looking beautiful. My Scottie and Westie also thank you.

Please do not take your dog to Enchantment if you are expecting good customer service. This place is extremely cold and unfriendly. The 2 gals at the front desk in the afternoon who you give your money too, are extremely rude, cold as ice and very robotic. They do not greet you, know your name or acknowledge your dog by their name. There are no "Thank Yous" or even a "Hello" All day camp is really only 2 sessions. One in the morning for 2 1/2 hours and one in the afternoon for 2 1/2 hours. The dogs are in their rooms (which you are not allowed to see during a tour) more than they are in camp. My dog always seems to come back sick. When I reported it, they did not care. If you board your dog there, they are alone from 7:00pm to morning. No one is in the building in case of an emergency or fire. It is near impossible to talk to the general manager even if you request to talk to her. When you call and ask for her, you are told she is behind closed doors, not available and you are transferred to someone else. I tried contacting the owner because I had no success with the general manager and was told I had to go through the front desk and the owner had limited access to the internet. Really, a small business owner with no access to the internet? When I finally reached the owner, through a different means, she had no interest in hearing about my experience. It is hard to believe an owner after you have spent thousands of dollars supporting her small local business where customers are key to success does not care. However, it did put everything in prespective.....it starts from the top. Now I know why the general manager and staff are extremely cold, robotic and do not care. If you are a dog lover and looking for a warm friendly place to take your dog where the staff will remember your name and most importantly your dogs name, this is definately not the place to go.

We recently relocated to Rio Rancho and I was looking for a place for my overly active Doberman to go. I found Enchantment Pet Resort on the web and stopped in to check it out. The staff was very friendly and showed me around answered all my questions. My dog LOVES it there! They greet my dog by name and treat us with great respect. I would recommend this place to all pet owners. Oh I forgot to mention this place is SPOTLESS!

this place is very nice, would recommend it for a short stay though. We paid almost $500 for a about 7 days with no complimentary anything. Most boarding places will atleast give a complimentary bath with a long stay like that but they offer nothing. Also, check out time is noon, okay, this really is NOT a hotel, they are placed in Kennels so it should be true to time. 24 hours in a day, should be from time of drop of to pick up but nope, because i couldn't get there by noon as my flight was landing at noon I got there about 1 and still had to pay for an entire full day. We board so much per year but I can not afford this place. If anyone knows of a place that is nice and does this for the love of it not just the money, please let me know. Mine you this place is nice, not hotel nice but it is a great place for a short stay. Unless of course you have the money to spend then this is a great place for however many days you'd like,
