 We are your total auto care center providing full service and preventive maintenance for your vehicle. Located at the beginning of "dealership row" and next to Napa, our prime location gives you the best alternative to dealerships for all repairs and scheduled maintenance for your personal or fleet vehicles. Our ASE certified technicians service all foreign and domestic vehicles. Additionally, we have a technician on staff who specializes in european repairs and maintenance. We are locally owned and operated with over 20 years experience in the auto-repair industry. We've designed our facility with you in mind including a children's play area, coffee/cafe, & fireplace lounge. For your convenience we also offer free wi-fi and a free shuttle service.

Outstanding Customer Service!



On the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving, I was traveling through Rochester on the way to Winona. While at a red light, my warning lights began flashing, "Engine coolant HOT; Powering down to protect engine." Not knowing what to do, I stopped for some help. I was directed to Babcock Auto Care, which was nearby. I arrived at their shop shortly before closing. After they checked the car over, they determined that my water pump was shot. It would be a 1 1/2 hour job, but they realized that I was in a bind and they offered to stay and replace it.



While waiting for the car, I walked arount their beautifully decorated lobby. I saw a framed Prayer of Dedication on the wall. It asked God's blessing on the business and asked that all who enter the building be blessed and honored. What a blessing it was for me! Since then, I have had two wonderful e-mails from Jeana Babcock and a nice phone call from Linda--checking with me to see that everything was going well.



I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received and the kindness and compassion I was shown. I would certainly recommend Babcock Auto Care to anyone. I am sure that everyone who comes through their doors receives quality work and outstanding service.

These guys just made my day. B...

These guys just made my day. Both of the remote keyless entry keys had quit working on my VW Golf and the dealership said they needed to be replaced at $100+ each. Babcock Auto Care repaired both of the them (new batteries and programming) for $25.
