If you want your wheels to fall off your car 1 hour after you leave, then have them tell you that it wasn't their fault, then go to this location. If you want to be safe and live, go somewhere else!

just read the review posted by another customer. the same thing happened to us a few weeks back. the back two wheels came loose at 75 mph and the store mgr told us that we had dirt on our wheels and that is why they did not tightened. really? if they were that dirty then why did your mechanics put them back on the truck that way? shouldnt you have cleaned them or notified me that they were so dirty that they were dangerous? the funny part is that the truck had been cleaned and detailed 3 days earlier and it was only 3 1/2 years old to begin with. complete liars there.

Purchased 4 NEW tires, within ONE hour of leaving there, the entire car started developing a vibration, within the next 30 minutes the car was shaking so bad we had to pull over. Upon inspection, i was able to turn 14 out of 16 lugs nuts by hand. Not ONE of the wheels had been tightened properly. I took the car back to GoodYear on 21st & Fairlawn and JIM said that their was corrosion on the wheels that prevented them from seating properly. I called 4 other places and the Dealership and they all said that their is NO WAY that all 4 wheels would have almost come loose that car within an hour because of simple surface corrosion. I walked around and talked to 3 out of the 5 guys that were working there and they said that unfortunately it has been happening a LOT there lately, i was told that they had new guys there and it was becoming a problem. Heres some facts: the same wheels had been rotated ,by myself, on that same car 8 times in the past 4 years and they never came loose. I had the tires replaced 4 years ago and they never came loose. AFTER they came loose, i personally tightened them on the side of the road and drove the EXACT same distance BACK to Topeka and they never came loose...so why is it that this alleged mild surface corrosion caused a failure within 60 minutes if it has never done it before and never did it after i tightened them? The reason is...its NOT TRUE ..they simply forgot to tighten the lugs nuts, period! As i was leaving there, a customer stopped me outside and said "Dont feel bad, it happened to me here 2 weeks ago". I also looked online and found other reports of this as well but according to JIM it has NEVER happened before. He needs to be removed from his position if he is going to jeopardize peoples lives, then lie about it and not take responsibility for his businesses actions.
