Had a broken prong on my wedding ring and took it to Don's. It took quite awhile (3 weeks) to get it back. They fixed it and said all the rest of the prongs looked good. It was apparent which prong was fixed as it was a bit flatter than the original prongs, but it was fine I was just glad it was done. About 2-3 weeks later, the prong broke again. I took it back and they said they would fix it. A week later I called and they couldn't find my ring. An hour later, they called back and found it and told me that it wasn't the prong they had fixed that was broken, it was a different prong. This is just not true, I know my ring and know that the fixed one looked different. They also said there was another prong that was loose. They JUST told me all the rest of the prongs looked good. I went and picked up my ring and am very disappointed. Now I am going to have to pay another jeweler to fix what I already paid Don's to repair in the first place.
