I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with your experience here at Sherwood Dental. Let me reference Mr. Stader first; The denture package that you went with does not come with a warranty. We advertise that actively and do encourage our patients to get the better packages that offer a 2 or 3 year warranty. Now to the patient who was in for 6 crowns; Dr. Koen doesn't like to inflect pain on anyone! I'm sorry if you experienced such discomfort. I understand your concerns over the look of your temporaries, but let me assure you that your crowns will look beautiful. The temporaries are simply a copy of your original teeth and often times we can not match your shade perfectly with the temporaries.

Worst Experience I've Ever Had

I went for 6 crowns. I was in so much pain that I was shaking & crying. He never even stopped. He said he gave me enough pain medicine. DO NOT go to him! Plus the temporary crowns look Ike crap. The reals ones better look better for what I paid for them

Bought a pair of dentures there they broke after a month.I took them in and asked about a warranty they said those were not covered.I said i asked when i bought them if they had a warranty.They said they would get back with me.I will never step foot in there place of business again and hope people listen to reviews...I learned the hard way......
