Great service and facility. Brittney was extremely helpful after an error was made in the manufacturing my glasses, and got me sorted.

My wife went to this place to get a check up eye exam and new glasses. They told her she shouldn't be driving and convinced her to buy glasses that supposedly aren't covered on our insurance plan (even though our plan includes pretty much everything including transitions, premium frames, etc.) She asked for glasses covered on our plan and they told her that those ones would take up to 14 days to ship from Seattle (How convenient). If you cared so much about her safety, why didn't you just offer her a trial pair until her new glasses shipped in? By the way, they offer no refunds and didn't even include a warranty.

I got something in my eye at work today (which was a Friday), and thought I'd cut it. I called them to see if they had Saturday appointments (which they do), and to find out if I could get in to see them the next day. Well, they were booked up for Saturday... (which meant that I'd need to keep calling around for an eye doctor). But then the lady on the phone asked me to hold for a moment, and they squeezed me in to see the eye doctor Today! I didn't even have to ask if that was an option. I was so relieved. The entire staff was kind and helpful thoughout my visit, and the office was clean and inviting. I'm excited to have found such a wonderful place to go and get my eyes checked in the future. I wear glasses, and they have made a life long costumer out of me.

I don't normally write reviews, but I've been to ABBA Eye care in Aurora, CO twice now in Feb 2017 and have been majorly disappointed BOTH times.
First visit review: Myself and my husband show up for a Friday afternoon appointment. We are given the usual paperwork to fill-in. My appointment was at 1:00 pm and my husband's was at 1:30 pm. After filling in the papers, we wait. My husband is called back FIRST. I wait and wait. Finally, they call me back around 1:45 pm. And do the pre-screening. My husband and I wait and wait in for the doctor. The doctor finally comes in. No hello. No, I'm doctor so-and-so. My eyes are only slightly near-sighted. Do you want glasses? "No thanks". We are brought back to the front. And wait again. Finally, someone comes up and says, "So you want to look at glasses?". "No", I reply, "I don't". We wait more. Finally, someone comes up to tell us we are free to go.
Visit two review: Appointment for my kids on Saturday morning. We show up with the paperwork already filled in. No hello, no thanks for coming or filling out the paperwork ahead of time. The first appointment is at 10:30am. We wait and wait and wait. Finally, we go to the pre-screening at 11:15 am. Then we are taken to the room to wait for the doctor. We wait and wait and wait some more. Finally the doctor shows up at ~12:00 pm. Again, no hello, no I'm doctor so-and-so. This doctor wasn't friendly with the kids either. We are taken up front and wait some more. Finally, a lady comes up to let us know we are free to go. We leave at 12:30 pm. (Two hours of my life I'll never get back!)
So, if you like no greetings or introductions and long waits, this is the place for you!
