Disappointing Day

This place was recommended and toted to be awesome. The first time I went I had a 10 year old trainee who handled my feet like it was a dead fish. I was so annoyed by the experience. I returned a few weeks later and got one of the veteran male. Terrific. Everything was wonderful. I got many compliments on my pink toes and loved them. Today I am wondering if they even communicate with one another. I got the female witch of the west who refused to remove the callous from my pinky and told my its too late I should have pointed it out earlier. I am thinking that in that moment she is the one getting paid for doing my toes and should have noticed. Not me who had their head buried in my iPhone. I thought at best she would concede and try to remove them instead she moved on to polishing. I was so furious I did not leave a tip and when she came to massage my shoulders I told her No Thanks. You are better off with the older men. I did not see the perm dude buds but I will stay away from him also.

Worst job ever

Got a full set done here. All male technicians. Only one guy, the manager, does acrylics and was the rudest person ever yelling at me the whole time if i didnt sit perfectly still. My nails turned out horrible. There were a lot of people getting pedicures but no one getting nails. Two ladies at the drying table said they hate the way they do manis here but pedis are good. One of them said she came back the next day to get her acrylics removed because she didnt like the way they turned out and they charged her $10.

Easily the best pedi ever! Wh...

Easily the best pedi ever! When you go in, first they tell you to pick out your color, then you sit in the massaging chair and soak your feet in the bubbly water. Along with doing all the regular pedi stuff, they also give you a paraffin wax treatment, regular massage from the knees down, along with a hot stone massage. When they paint your toes, they will give you a free design as well. They do not use the metal callous scraper, which IMO is a good thing. That thing scares me. They use an exfoliating sponge and also exfoliating gloves to get all the rough spots off instead of cutting them off with that razor scraper. After your pedi is all done and your toes are painted, they sit you in the drying chair, and then give you a back, neck, shoulder, and arm massage while your toes are drying. All of this is included in the $25 price tag. I have been there several times and have also brought other people with me on occasion. All 3 of the people I have brought with me have agreed, this is the best pedi they have ever had. I recommend this place to everyone. ---- However, on my most recent visit, I had someone working on my feet that I have never had before. Usually I get the girl (there's only one) or I get the young guy or even the smoker. Last night, I got the older guy with the perm. An Asian man with a perm is not that hard to spot, so you'll know him if you see him. STAY AWAY FROM HIM! I will never again let him work on my feet. His finger nails are filed into a V shape, so when he is holding your toes to work on them, his dagger finger nails are spearing you. When you tell him it hurts, he laughs and keeps right on doing it. I took my mom with me last night for our girls night out since she is only in town this week. She loved it and had a great time, but I was really unhappy about it. My chair wasn't massaging, and I asked him to fix it, he just laughed and didn't even offer to move me to another chair. I am certain he was talking about my mom and I in Chinese and even the guy working on my mom's feet seemed to be annoyed with him. This experience aside, this is still the best place to get a pedi, but like I said, stay away from the guy with the perm.

awesome place for a Pedicure. ...

awesome place for a Pedicure. I'd logged in to check the reviews- but was disappointed with the other review. Its easily the best pedicure. The price is on a high side ($25 for a pedicure)- but its worth it. I`m going back there for a manicure next week.

They have a 10 time visit card too... 10 visits, and a free manicure.

Never, Never go there. Go to a place where they won't bloody your fingers and you won't get an Asian man John Tohen, Manager that is rude and has no customer service skills. They take advantage of teenagers and humilate them by laughing at them. Asked for a French Manicure and French Pedicure with Green tips and got a messy French Manicure on the fingers and Green toenails with white tips. She asked for and many patrons try to explain to him what she wanted and he did it his way and was so concerned about the price. DON'T GO! Go to a place where they can speak English and believe in customer service
