      I read Mason D.'s review regarding Jared the technician. I agree that Jared is not Mr. Congeniality. However, I disagree with Mason D's assessment that he cannot fix anything. Jared repaired my furnace today, and did so in a very professional manner. I wasn't concerned with him being Mr. Friendly but instead wanted him to be Mr. Competent, which he was. Some people need to understand that there are others who may have issues meeting other people but are otherwise very good workers. Okay, probably not best for a customer service position but I was more than willing to give the guy a chance to perform the task I'd summoned him for. He did that and was not rude - just not overly friendly. I've been doing business with Mayol for HVAC and plumbing for years. They have never disappointed me and on several occasions have gone well above and beyond. I'll be calling them for my next issue too. If they send Jared, I'll be good with that choice. And, if Jared says something is not worth repair then I'll likely take his advice.

      Horrible company. Can't fix anything. Jared, the tech was extremely rude and offensive. After a half hour to make a supposed diagnosis, he decided he didn't want to try to fix it. I kicked him out. When he first arrived, he didn't introduce himself, didn't shake my hand when I extended it didn't say hello to my wife when she came in the room and said hello to him.

      Kind of clumsy. Topped it off by overcharging. Driven more by money than what is fair and reasonable. I would not recommend them to anyone. There are better choices.

      We use Mayol Plumbing and Heating and they ROCK! They are on time and do the job RIGHT. When we use Mayol we know that the job will be done and it is RIGHT.
