I was terribly mistreated by Paul in sales, he was rude, disrespectful, talked over me, and followed me out to my car all the while berating me further. I will never set foot on that property again. I hope no one ever buys a car from him again. He needs to revisit Customer Service 101. He's the reason why car salespeople have bad reputations.

Bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler from Quirk. A few months later the roof was leaking on the passenger side. Brought it back to Quirk Service 6 times on the 7th Chrysler became involved and sent an "expert" to help fix it. Well it still leaks and they don't want to do anything about it. Service Manager says I should expect a brand new Jeep Wrangler to leak. It doesn't leak a little, in a hard rain the passenger gets wet and the floor fills up with about a 1/2 gallon of water. Don't go near this dealership.
