Life is stressful. Sometimes we handle the stress alone, sometimes we confide in a friend or a family member. But, sometimes a problem seems impossible to solve and a little extra help is needed to work through it. I am an analytically trained psychologist with an interpersonal/humanistic approach. I help people discover and understand what is important to them so that they can feel more "real" and "alive" in the world. The goal is to become more integrated (together) as well as to become more meaningfully connected with others. I offer Individual or Couples Therapy. Couples Therapy includes relationship issue with couples who are dealing with problems in their lives Together including relationship concerns, martial issues, intimacies, trust, communication issues, Counselling about possible separation or divorce.
