Summer Shack is a casual-style seafood restaurant that serves a variety of food items for lunch and dinner. It serves a selection of appetizers, entrees, desserts, seafood and operates a raw bar. The restaurant hosts a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, birthday parties, wedding rehearsal dinners and graduation celebrations. Its raw bar features a display case that holds more than 4,000 pieces of shellfish. The restaurant also has a sports bar that features a big-screen television set and serves Buffalo wings, french fries, cheeseburgers, clam chowder and shrimp cocktail. Summer Shack offers off-site catering services for corporate and social events. Additionally, it sells gift cards and cookbooks. The restaurant has locations in Boston and Cambridge, Mass., and Uncasville, Conn.
