We've used this company for years & it has ranged from adding a bath/shower in our basement to fixing leaks/clogs/etc. They have always been on time & are able to come shortly after making an appt. Prices can't be beat & I like that it's locally owned. Will be a lifelong customer!

I am a new home owner and since I had always lived in an apt. I was pretty clueless as to what I needed to do when my hot water didn't work. I called Afforadale Plumbing and Remodeling and they were out that afternoon to show me how to reset the water heater on my own while they ordered the part/waited for it to come it. The next morning I got a call saying the part was in and they installed it that afternoon!!!! The ladies in the office were very friendly and knowledgeable and the gentlemen that came out were clean, fast, and nice!! Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for any plumbling service!!!

I have long hair and am constantly getting my bathtub drain clogged. The plumbers at Affordable are always prompt and show up when scheduled. They also saved me the money for future trips by suggesting a product that I could buy for less than $5 to prevent the hair clogs. The plumber also showed me how to clean the hair out of the drain myself before it got clogged. I'd recommend them 100%!!!

I recently had an issue thinking I was calling Affordable Plumbing in Cedar Rapids but actually called Affordable Heating in Anamosa instead.Buyer beware!Affordable Plumbing Cedar Rapids has been my plumber for over 10 years and I coudln't be more pleased with their friendly and clean service.

The ladies in the showroom were very sweet and accomidating and saved me $250 that another plumber was going to charge me to replace new pipes! Also the workers were very fast, clean, and courtious.

I recently contacted this company for some bathroom work, and also ordered a new sink from their showroom. I talked with two different people to verify the estimate, but when the plumber arrived it was $160 more than the quoted estimate.I refused the work, but paid for the sink, along with a $38 trip charge that I was never told about. Later that evening, I opened the box, and the sink was not the one I ordered. When I called, I was told the sink had been discontinued, but they would sell me the display sink. I went to the showroom and asked when it had been discontinued, and Heidi stated she didn't know about it until I called. But the vendor "reserves the right" to substitute. I asked if this was not a breach of contract? She also would give me only 10% off the display sink, so I refused and asked for my money back. I had a copy of my cancelled check, yet their policy is 10 days. So, I have a sink I did not order or want, and can't start with a new plumber until I get my money back.
