Essential Therapy is THE place to go. Yes they have all the credentials like one of those big franchised massage therapy spas but more importantly they can do what they say. I tried two other massage therapy spas in Charlotte with no luck. I've been going to Essential Therapy for almost 2 years now and have enjoyed being able to work virtually pain free. I have a physically demanding job that has me lifting and maneuvering things from 50lb to 150lb all day. I used to simply work in pain, now I don't thanks to the incredible team at Essential Therapy!

Laura and Becca at Essential Therapy work magic with their hands! I have so much neck and shoulder tension, but by the time I leave it has literally melted away. The atmosphere is peaceful and soothing, and the massages are ahh-mazing! The cost is budget-friendly too.

I started coming to Becca about 3 years ago, and she has always done a good job of fixing whatever it was I broke. When I can't turn my head because of a crick in my neck, I know Becca will make it better.



Then I discovered I was PREGNANT and started to appreciate her even MORE! She is great for prenatal massage and also helped me a lot post-partum. Highly recommended.

Living an active life style and also sitting at work all day my body needs attention and both Laura and Becca have done a great job releiving stress from my neck to my leggs. No other place comes close to matching the knowledge and attention that i receive at Essential therapy.

I have been seeing Laura at Essential Therapy for almost 7 years. I will also get a session with Becca as well, just to mix it up. I tell everyone about them because they are AWESOME. I have chronic neck/back issues and have recently become more of an 'athlete' and need extra help in relaxing my sore muscles! They know how to work all the kinks out. The deep tissue session really makes me feel better and I highly recommend the company to everyone. Go for the hour and a half session - it is well worth it!!!

They are the very best, in fact I often find myself going there before I will pick up the phone to call a doctor, in most cases. I have been going to Essential Therapy for several years now because I have significant neck, shoulder and back issues left over from a car accident and 30 years of athletic abuse to my body. I've tried many massage therapists over the years, but Laura and Becca are by far the best. They don't give you the warm fuzzy massage that you would get (and pay more for) in a spa or one of those franchised massage places. They are pain management specialists who get in there and work out your issues so you actually feel better. I can't say enough good things about them!

Essential Therapy is great! I have gone to releive stress and for sports injuries/issues and I will continue to go there. I recommend them so highly I even sent my mother to Becca and she was able to releive her neck pain.
