      THE DOCOTR IS NICE, BUT HER STAFF IS HORRIBLE . HER ASSISTANT TALKS TO MUCH, TALKS OVER YOU. SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO BILL YOUR INSURANCE. SHE MISS DIAGNOSE MY CHART 3 TIMES AND FINALLY SEND ME THE BILL. THE DOCTOR IS NOT AWARE OF THIS AND LET HER RUN THE OFFICE. I HAD A REALLY BAD EXPIRIENCE WITH THEM, AVOID THE PHONE DRAMA WITH THIS LADY. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. THIS DR KNOWS WHAT SHE DOES BUT NEEDS TO HIRE PROFESSIONAL STAFF.

      Hello Indira, we’re sorry to hear that you had difficulty with your visit. Unfortunately, it was your insurance company that had not covered your procedure fully. After billing them three times, we covered the rest of the bill in-office. While we cannot control the insurance processes, we can do everything in our power to ensure your visit is the best it can be.       Dr. Fabiola is a great professional and also very nice.

      I really recommend her work. She's not only a great professional but her team as well.
