A-affordable has the worst customer service i've ever seen, they take your money no problem, but if you have a claim it is a act of god to collect, there claims department doesnt answer the phone, if you leave a message they dont call you back, they took my car and agreed on a pay out 92 day;s ago, they mail everything to the wrong address, they lied to the better business bureau tod them i wasnt a customer, they gave my lien holder the wrong address to mail the title to, they reported to the better business burea they mailed me a check on feb26, but guess what they mailed it to the wrong address, told me i had to wait 2 more weeks then they would cancel the check and send me aother one. save your self alot of frustration, get better insurance, i went to another company after all this, i had been a customer of there's for 5 years and this is how they treat me.
