Oh, no! I hate it when the cook flosses his teeth and accidentally drops it in my fried rice! And those spoons! Don't they know to order dull plastic spoons instead of the sharp ones?! I'm so glad only geniuses only come on here to complain!

I found dental floss in my meal 2 weeks ago when my husband brought carry-out home. We stopped eating inside because of the rudeness of the employees. We will NEVER eat there again after the dental floss incident. AWFUL!!

My husband and I love the convenience of having a Chinese Restaurant close by. We really like the food but have to agree with the service. I went a little further and made it a point to strike a conversation with the young girl after our third trip. I made comments and asked about their busy day etc. I made it a point that I wasn't going to stop asking questions unless she engaged in a nice conversation. It turned out she was a nice young girl that needed alot of customer service training. I told her she had a nice smile when she used it. "Make someone's day when they come in with that pretty smile" When I go in she always has a smile and is very attentive. She just needs to do that with ALL her customers!!

I agree with everyone else...if there was better chinese food in our area I would never order there again because the people who work there are so rude!!!!!! They would probably be more busy if they were actually nice to thier paying costumers. We often want Chinese but change our minds because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were excited to finally get a Chinese Restaurant in our area HOWEVER customer service is essential in ANY BUSINESS (can you say RUDENESS). We frequent at least every 8-10 days and have witnessed yelling at the cooks, cutting people off when they're ordering, hangs up on phone orders or just lets it ring, and keeping people waiting while she's standing in the kitchen!!! Even people who don't know our language know how to smile, a UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE known to man kind, it would certainly cover aggravation for the language barrier. If it's based on wanting to employ your own culture then do so with someone who is people friendly, should certainly increase your business (The American Dream, to make MONEY). Based on the reviews thus far I feel certain this must be an OWNER or FAMILY MEMBER of, otherwise they would be replaced with someone who would Increase Revenue. The foods not bad... but maybe something else will open up soon!?

Well, it has been several months since my hubby left one of the bad service reviews below. I ordered again tonight a believe someone has brought the rude service reviews this place has received to the rude girl's attention. She was actually pleasant...errrrr. And the food remains good.

The lady that answers the phone is VERY rude. So we went in to order our food and when we got home to eat we found hair in our food! They did refund us all of out money!

Food is good and reasonably priced. Its hard to find Chinese in our area so we get delivery often. The lady taking orders will force this place out of business. I can understand a little, there culture is more direct and to the point, but this is Texas. How about some hospitality! NEVER pay cash for delivery, they don't bring cash to make change. I even had one of there drivers tell me "this is how I make a living. Can't I just keep the change?" It was $8 in change and I live in the neighborhood next door! When I called and complained the rude lady said "well maybe I just fire him tonight." Never offered to bring my change, never said sorry or anything.

I thought the food was really good and the restaurant was nice and clean. I won't return to this restaurant however, due to the female that answers the phone and at the register. She is so rude to everyone on the phone and in person. I would rather drive further to a restaurant that appreciates my patronage.

I actually liked the food alot. The dinner portion on my Take Out order was huge. The girl that works the register is quite rude though. I stood there at least 5 minutes (only customer inside too) before she even acknowledged me bc she wouldn't stop taking phone orders. She took at least 4 phone orders. She also seemed to have a bad attitude over the phone, but I think that might just be her accent, etc. I guess they feel like Phone and Delivery orders are more important than customers that come in. I don't have a problem with going back in there since I really enjoyed the food.

Food is ok, but nothing special compared to any other chinese restaurant. Service is pathetic. The people who run the front could care less if you give them your business or not. I watched people walk out because the guy at the front refused to stop answering the phone and take their order. You would think a new business would do a little more to make a good impression, so far they are doing a horrible job. They will be out of business very soon with how they run things.

I called to order delivery (because their menu says they deliver) and was promptly told they don't deliver. The girl who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude to me that as I was trying to order that I ended up just telling her to forget it. If they want to succeed as a new business in this area they need to stick her in the back away from the general public.

I would give this place a great rating -- the food is good and reasonably priced -- but the girl that works the register is incredibly rude. She seems to be the only one that is ever there, and every time I've come in to order or tried to order over the phone, she is rude and condesending. She may even be the owner, I don't know, but I will pay the extra delivery charge for the place down the street rather than have to deal with her.

Low grade Chinese fast food. Cheap cost probably because it cheap food. If you're in s hurry and don't mind slightly below average food then here's your spot. Chicken fried rice came out looking like steamed rice with barely cooked onions and carrots. Hot and sour soup is kept in single serving containers and kept slightly warm. Order taker lady looks scared and mean. Oh, and the plastic spoons they have will slice your lips open if you're not careful. Do not recommend at all.

I've eaten here a couple of times and LOVE it! I live in the neighborhoods off hickory creek, so it's nice to have something nearby. I've never ordered on the phone, but have gotten take out a lot. It's not too expensive and they give you a LOT of food. The regular (med) size fills me up w/leftovers for lunch the next day. A large fed me and my boyfriend and we both had leftovers for lunch. Sure the girl at the register isn't super personable, but I think it has more to do w/her not knowing a whole lot of English. She did stop me to make sure we got our sweet and sour sauce and gave us extra fried rice another time.
