If you have a custody or family legal issue, I cannot stress enough what a smart choice Mark Davis and his law firm are! In December, we hired Mr. Davis and his team for a very difficult custody case. I am please to say that after much hard work on the parts of Mr. Davis and Mr. Monsouraty, our ordeal is coming to an end and we have the results we were seeking. Our case, while not unheard of, was a difficult one in that it involved the custody of a non-biological child. When this all first started, we were knocked back and completely unprepared to be hit with a custody suit for our daughter. We were blindsided and, for lack of a better word, lost. Mark Davis (atty), George Mansouraty (atty), and their team jumped in immediately to defend our family, keep us whole, and keep our daughter safe and here with us in the only home she's ever known. They have been outstanding, have held our hands every step of the way, have always been available for even the most mundane of worries and concerns. Thank god for sites like yelp, with out them you would have to go in blind. Seek different council and don't give your money to this firm.My experience with this firm has been bad from the get go. No contact from him once he gets your money. This firm charges against your retainer for calls, emails Just for asking how your case is going. I had to file with a state board and the ABA complaint against Mark T Davis because of him neglecting my case and his bogus charges. The post you see on his sight are only ten and that either shows he doesn't get much clients or are only friends and family that post. Seek help elsewhere and do your research.

I hired Mr. Davis to help me on a custody dispute. I spoke with him twice. Once during the initial consultation and once at the courthouse. All other times I dealt with his paralegal. During the process of serving the other party, I never received updates. No phone calls or email communication. I was in the dark about progress in the case. Most of my phone calls went unreturned. I had to push for a substitute order since his paralegal basically said we will get when we get her, and that was unacceptable to me. After court he never followed through with the having the modified order signed by the judge. I'll probably have to hire a different attorney to get the order signed. Mark Davis let me down. Every day that order goes unsigned I lose a bunch of money. I'm very disappointed in this law firm.
