.Damn Best Pizza probably in New Jersey. Largest Ravi's I've ever seen!!! Best Veal Parm - get ready for a wonderful meal and nap.



This family owned business has been open close to 80 years and is now being operated by the families 4th generation. My family has had 4 generations eat here also. They have some of the same waitresses still working here for decades. So friendly and loving.



They use the highest quality cheeses and meats. Which if you're familiar with this area it's not hard to find. It use to be solid Italian. The butcher shops that supply the meat are still old school high quality only. So here you have it the best hand tossed pizza with the highest quality cheese you can taste. The cheese is so good that many people just order their pies cheese only. If you do order your pie with sausage though it will be the real Italian hand made sliced sausage none of that sausage crumble stuff.



Oh you also need to order the veal parm with spaghetti. The parm fills up a whole platter style dish plus remember only the best quality veal is used. Now on to the humongous Ravi's. These are only made with the freshest pot cheese and Italian spices. Make sure you sprinkle the cheese in the little jar on all your food because its high quality freshly grated cheese that they put in those little sprinkle jars. So delish!!! The sprinkle cheese is also great on their bread because they don't serve butter with the bread, it's just their tradition.



Seriously if you don't live in the burg just order one or two orders of everything extra to go. It's that GOOD!!! Try to get some of that sprinkle cheese to go also with your to go orders.



If you visit and your waitress keeps talking to other people just remember there are 4 generations of families that have been frequenting Spiritos for decades and are like family. I'm going on 30 years of frequenting Spiritos. The waitresses truly care about every patron though, real sweethearts.
