The worst sea food and the service was slow even though it was not busy, never again shrimp was mushy

I have traveled from Roseburg to Eugene looking forward to an out-of-town

seafood indulgence. I have been thoroughly disappointed each time I

"tried" to eat there. The service was chaotic and poor. The food is

highly over-priced for the average quality. The cooking and presentation

were ill-attended. The management offered no discount or recompense

for a ruined dining experience. I will never return nor recommend this

place to anyone. I feel ripped-off by three bad experiences. I am

thoroughly convinced that we will not see any good food there without

new ownership.

Good food, fair value. Service is excellent. Clean and nice rustic interior decor. A little pricey, but overall, one of the better places to eat in Eugene.

I was visiting Eugene and wanted some seafood. This was not a good choice: the waitress was gruff and did not know the menu (I ordered a plate of raw oysters for an appetizer--3 different kinds. When I asked her which oyster was which, she said, "that's the small one, that's the medium one and that's the large one."); the first entree I ordered was a grilled red snapper that was cooked too long at a low temperature and arrived looking terrible and was rubbery. The second entree was a halibut that was completely without seasoning and was also not cooked properly. My husband ordered a dover sole that was massacred. I can only say that the raw oysters were good because they didn't have to do anything to them. Skip this place.
