Jerry and his crew are awesome! Got a new 17-SEER complete unit installed. The guys arrived right on time, worked diligently and professionally throught the day (despite 100+ outside temps!), and finished the job the same day. We are thrilled with the new system! I would recommend Air Choice to anyone who wants honest and professional people to do the job right!
These guys gave us a bid (among several we got) back in 2009. Their bid was the most reasonable, and they were great. They did what they said they would do, and did it within the time table and the amount quoted. So far, so good. Then, about two weeks ago, while my husband was out of town, I had a major plumbing problem and then discovered that my A/C would not cool anymore. I left a vm and got a call back almost immediately. The person I talked to started asking me about the plumbing problem and he figured out that water had probably gotten on the alarm they had put under the A/C unit and had tripped it. He told me how to take it out and dry it and how to reset it and viola! It worked! He saved me the expense of a service call, but he earned a bunch of gratitude from this satisfied customer.
I called them at 7 am and Mike rang our doorbell at 7:58 am! After about 20 minutes, he explained to us that we had a bad capaciter. He even showed us our bad part and what a good capaciter looked like. He was done in under 45 minutes. Very profressional. I would recommend and would call them again in the future (but hopefully I won't need them anytime soon!).
Jerry and his guys are honest, hardworking and dependable! They have been servicing our a/c for many years and I will always recommend Air-Choice!
I have been using Air Choice since 2003. They have always been dependable. They come out twice a year for routine maintenence. Jerry has always been available for unit issues. I do not throw out compliments routinely, but I can honestly give Air Choice a GREAT one.
We feel Air Choice always takes care of us just as though we were members of their family. We appreciate the fact that they provide excellent, skilled service, and that they are so dependable. They call to let us know they are on the way which leaves us feeling more secure about who we are opening our door to.
We have been customers of Air Choice since about 2005. We will always use and recommend them. The owner, Jerry, is eager to make sure our needs are met, and his technicians are courteous and professional . . . but most of all, they know what they are doing, and we feel we can trust them in our home. That's important to us!
We purchase an annual service contract with Air Choice which entitles us to system inspections before the air conditioning and heating season begin. They call to remind us that it's time for our systems to be serviced. We like that, since its one less thing we have to keep up with. If problems do arise during the year, we can depend on Air Choice quickly come to our rescue.
Air Coice replaced my HVAC 4 years ago. Their installation was fast and thorough and unit performance exceeded my expectations for lowerering my utility costs. I have since recommended AIR CHOICE to others and they report a very satisfied experience.

Air Choice has been servicing my rental property for years. They always do great work and provide excellent customer service. My tenants always state how nice it is to work with this company when technicians stop by to service the home. Air Choice has helped keep an old air conditioning system clean and running smoothly, especially during such extreme weather conditions as the summers we have in Texas.

My AC was on its last legs, and I wanted to find an HVAC company that was local. I looked over a couple that were local to me, and picked Air Choice based on reviews.
Service work was exceptionally fast, even when I called on the weekend. The replacement system was installed a month ago now, and has been operating perfectly. I am very pleased with all they have done!

I think Air Choice technicians do a good job keeping the air conditioning and heating systems working at my house. They have been servicing the AC/Heating systems for over 5 years and charge a fair price for their work. I purchase the yearly service contract which provides for an inspection twice a year before the heating season and before the air conditioning season and that has helped make sure the systems are functioning properly. If problems do arise during the season, they are very prompt about coming over to repair the systems. I do recommend Air Choice.
Air Choice has been servicing our home for at least 10 years. About two years ago they installed an Energy Efficient Lennox Heating, Air Conditioning system with a heat pump. We could not be more satisfied with the performance and the high quality service.
On a scale of 1-10, (10 being completely satisfied) I would give Air Choice a "10".
They provide extremely skilled, professional technicians and service that is second to none.
