You made your sale. I'll give you that. The salesman did exactly what he was supposed to do. However, when we got the product and decided to make a change, we were told it would be 20 days until our pieces came in. This was around the first of Feb. Today is the 27th and I called to check on the delivery staus. It won't be in until MAYBE March 17th. COMMUNICATION PEOPLE. Havertys isn't looking so bad now...
