The best place around to groom your furry kids! They do the schnauzer cut just right!!

I really like this place. I have taken my dogs there many times and unlike what another reviewer said, (it must have been an isolated incident) this place always smells like it has just been cleaned. I'm a non smoker and would never take my dogs here if they came back smelling like cigarette smoke. They are also reasonably priced. In my experience they give you a price but have always said if the undercoat needed a lot of work, it could be more. They have always been honest about that and not usef it as a way to charge more if it didn't need the work. I highly recommend this place.

Read this- I worked part time for almost 4 years at k9 & feline and I know as far as animals care it's the best out there. To the previous person who rated this 1 star- dogs can be nervous and scared of a new place, the owner of k9 would not alloy any stress on any animal, at least I can stand by that. These are animals and sometimes they can be difficult just because they don't know us. It's about building a relationship with the owners and pets here at k9. Yes from what I remembered K9 doesn't require shot records and that helps many people who can't afforded the vet prices and want to take as much care of there pet when it comes to grooming. Keep in mind k9 doesn't allow animals that are sick or skin problems. K9 is careful for puppies and always rushes them out, EVEN ALLOWING THE OWNERS TO STAY if they feel comfortable. Also, the owner Keeps her place sanitized well, I was cleaning for 4 years, I know! That's what made me love it there. I worked at petsmart and other animal hospitals and If I see something wrong towards the animals I won't stay working there. The animals care comes first at k9 before your money. If there is a misunderstanding or lack communication I'm sorry, mistakes happen and I know it can be too busy to always be on track. If someone's happy going elsewhere then no hard feelings to any of us because we understand it. Everyone has there opinions but having dogs smelling like smoke and a all around horrible experience, doubt it. The owner is a sweet person and so is everyone there, sounds like the bad rating was from a angry person who probably had a nasty attitude and wasn't willing to work out their issue. What can u say to a unhappy customer who doesn't give us the chance to correct a honest mistake? Can't make everyone happy, but we try to make the animals happy and thats what matters to k9&Feline and myself! My names jojo

Horrible place! I was trying to find a grooming place closer to home. I have 2 cockerspaniels and they quoted me $38 a dog. They ended up charging me $43 and insisted nobody told me $38. So basically they said I was lying, if it was more why would I have taken the dogs there in the first place?? They did not cut them like I wanted, which isn't a big deal, but they also do not check shot records for new dogs which is careless on their part and at least 3 of the employees smoke. Which is great because I can smell light smoke on my dogs. Will not go back, I'll stick with House of Paws, it's farther, but definitely worth it compared to this place!

I love this place. I have 2 Scottish Teerriers. My female is very shy and she loves them. They do a wonderful job. They know how to cut the scotty cut which is hard to do. The staff is so friendly and their prices are GREAT! I highly recommend this place.
