I have been having a hard time in my life and Kelly at APS Document Services was very compassionate towards my situation and she took the time to take care of my family and I in our time of need. She helped to relieve a great deal of stress from me due to my situation. She is very educated and knows exactly how to do legal documents correctly. She was also willing to meet with me on her day off because I live in the foothills and was not able to come into town any other day. Nice people. Problem was they sent in the paper work for an eviction, with an ambiguous address. I told them the mailing address was different than the county address. No research done from them on this obvious issue. no call except 1, a message on my cell I discovered later after I got the eviction done myself. They never offered a refund for their mistake. They just took the money about 800.00 and I was left with nothing. Very unprofessional and worse no apology.

Initial meeting to take money then slops out the work and never returns email or phone calls. Service is a term not to be associated here.
