I have been practicing as a sports specialized physical therapist since 2010. I utilize a very manual based approach to treatment and have experience in several facets of instrument assisted treatment including cupping, dry needling, and Graston techniques. I utilize muscle energy technique, ART, and PNF commonly in treatment. I personally have also been a triathlete since 1999 and have competed at all levels in all distances.
