I had an appt with Nicole on Tues Sept 27, 2016. The technique and overall service that was provided was abysmal. She over charged me by $70. NO BUENO! I returned to the salon and left a note for the owner, Connie. I know she was on vacay until Fri Sept 30, 2016 so I knew it would be a few days before I could discuss my unpleasant appointment with her. Yes, I did reach out to Nicole about the issues, and the convo became stalemate. Unfortunately, Connie has yet to reach out to me about the matter. Very disappointing and discouraging to know that she is the owner of this establishment and has paid no mind to a very upset client, who by the way won't be returning for anymore services. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The technique and good service is lacking. If you're looking to have an overall pleasant experience with a stylist who knows what they're doing, don't bother coming to this salon, because you're not going to get it.
