****CAUTION****DO NOT USE THIS MOVER!!!!BAIT & SWITCH SCAM ALTERED THE CONTRACT AFTER I SIGNED IT! ALTERED THE TERMS THE TOTAL COST!!!Now that I've complained & filed complaints witb BBB & Consumer affairs & FDLE, i am now unable to access the contract. They retro actively ALTERED (raised the cost) without obtaining a new signature from me. Thankfully I took a screenshot of the original agreed upon contract & have the proof I need . TOOK PICS OF THE INSIDE OF THE TRUCK CARGO AREA. showing the atea only 1/3 full wjile my furmiture was strategically placed scattered in different locations to make it appear that although my conda was mesr empty my beds wete left on the hallway, other items sitting next to the truck, more stuff on the sidewalk when the forman tells me thay o neef another 250cf. How cld he posdibky detrtmine that calculation before ALL my belongings were loaded! BAIT & SWITCH!!THIEVES.SCAMMERS.LIARS.

Do you self a favor a stay AWAY from this company!!! Expect plenty of shady things after paying the non-refundable deposit. Their price estimate doesn't remain the same regardless if they assure it (specially james & jayj), increases by 30-50% on the pick up day and they're NOT willing to negotiate or do any adjustments at all. Pick up and drop off crew are all sub-contractors not related to the company. Despite that no one showed up on the pick up day nor the delivery day. The crews are not professional at all, non-punctual, and very rough with your items. They just wanna complete as many job as possible to make more money. Low quality service crews and plenty of my furniture got damaged, ripped and lost a few things. I'll surely revise my review and add plenty more details about this horrible company except that I'm short on time currently. I haven't had a chance to communicate with their insurance department to see if I'll be refunded for my damaged/lost items. I'll update my review and add photos. Please read the countless complaints that are posted online. Search "National Moving & storage Hollywood FL" on google. Find another moving company!

Yes! Yes! Yes! This is what I call a professional moving company! Booking them was super easy and the guys were so punctual! They packed and loaded my things within the given time and properly delivered all my belongings to me without a scratch. I was extremely pleased that they did not charge me for the extra bed I made them assemble. They were fun loving, polite and caring. THANK YOU! I shall recommend National moving and storage to everyone!

They are solid moving company. No surprises and no secret charges! They came out to survey our house and offered a reasonable quote. We had maximum stuffs packed up before they arrived and they loaded all within a short time. Very skilled and prompt guys! We left some big furniture for them to wrap. The guys took apart those like experts. They even detached a part of my cabinet and bed and were able to get it out from the house door. After the delivery, they reassembled each separate item. I have had the first positive experience with any moving company ever. I highly recommend National moving and storage!

I vow to keep on recommending these guys to others after my recent long distance move with them. Their quote was cheap and their service was simply superb! In fact, I lack words to explain how wonderful their service was. This is why I have recommended them to a lot of my friends and of course, I will keep on recommending them. Their services were great. The foreman and his team worked nicely and hard and the final result was moved furniture and boxes with clothes and other things in 15 days and there were absolutely no damages at all. Best part was that their price remained the same! I STRONGLY recommend National moving and storage because they are the only company that keeps their word.

I would like to thank their manager who helped me with the whole transaction from beginning to end. I would also like to mention that the men who picked up our furniture were so courteous and took such care of our things. They made sure every piece was wrapped and secured. There was not 1 scratch on the furniture or on the walls in the hall and they had to move them down 3 flights of stairs. It all went surprisingly well! I would highly recommend this company because they manage to give you a painless and damage free moving experience. National moving and storage ROCKS!
