I can't believe how rude and disrespectful the employees of this Davids bridal were to my sister & I. They acted as if it was a huge inconvenience for us to pick our dresses up. I also didn't appreciate the phone call I received telling me my dress was in and bossing me around. I'd shop elsewhere if you can.

I had an amazing morning at this store. There is a huge selection of beautiful dresses to chose from. Morgan, who assisted me, was absolutely wonderful. She helped me pick out the perfect dress and shoes. She was great with my mom who was also with me. I would definitely recommend this store and be sure to ask for Morgan for a great personal shopping experience.

They were very rude, it must be a qualification they have. I think it is included on the application that they cannot have one nice bone in their body if they are going to be working here. The first visit they did nothing for us. My mom and I got all the dresses and they were never put away by our attendant we were assigned. The alterations dept was nice until they found out we were not paying for any alterations there. When I called to take in the dress for the bead check and to be pressed she gave me no option for the day it needed picked up even though I live an hour and a half away. Then when I dropped it off she was rude because they were busy, even though all she had to do was have me sign a slip. When I went to pick the dress up from alterations I had forgotten my slip and she wasn't going to even let me take it. Then when I looked it over they had not mended most of the beading problems and had to do it while i waited. I will never buy anything there again.
