I came home and couldn't believe how beautiful the carpet looked...just like brand new...all at an extremely reasonable price too!!! We had our carpets cleaned about 4 months ago with a different company and they charged us over $200 and didn't do half the great work you did! LOVE THEM!! I found this company just by googling carpet cleaners in jax. The website seemed friendly, honest, upfront pricing, etc. So I made an appointment. I had fostered 3 black lab/ bull terrior pups on a whim bc they were going to get euthanized. Unprepared, I brought them home. The puppies destroyed my house needless to say. I cannot even describe what they did to the carpets. Batts Carpet Cleaners let me reschedule my first appoointment with no hassle bc I had not found all pups a home yet and didnt want to clean carpets just to get re-soiled. They were so professional, prompt, kept me informed about house while I was at work. They did a WONDERFUL job!!! I cannot even tell there was ever an animal in the house!
