This business sucks big time, first one lady cut my sons hair all wrong and left it all ugly and they always complain about that lady and she still works there. Also when we got there only two ladies were working and I counted how many were in front of me it was 7 people so we waited as soon as we sit down they locked the door so no more costumer would enter. They took 2 1/2 hours to do my sons hair and my hubby , and instead of hurrying up to do the other haircuts they are talking and telling stories. I also saw they were doing some highlights to this girl and they left her hair all damaged and the costumer didn't knew about the situation they were just whispering among each other. O well never going back.

This is a business that could use some help. It is always lacking personnel. The wait time is so bad. The hair stylist are very moody. The last time I was there I went in at 5:00 p.m. sat there til 6:30 because only two stylist were working. At that time one of the stylist decides she is no longer doing hair, she stopped cutting hair and went to the back room to use her cell phone. I asked what happened why did you stop working if there is still five more clients waiting to get cut and she relied oh well I am not cutting anymore cause I feel sick. I told her well you should have explained that to all the other clients before you stopped cutting that way we could have had a choice to sit there for an 1 1/2 if we wanted, not just take us for granted and sit in the same establishment to use your phone.Honestly she didn't look sick she was more into the conversation on her cell.Other clients that came to the door were being turned away before closing time cause the other stylist was in a hurry to cuts hair for all of the five clients that had been waiting for over an 1 1/2 going on 2 hour wait now. I reported this to Better Business Bureau.
