      Just reported these guys to BBB.org. I took a designer denim jacket in to get "Dry Cleaned" on May 31, 2012 and they ended up washing (not dry cleaning) the jacket as the care instructions told them to. Knowing that I did not want the jacket faded I took it to the dry cleaners and did not want to wash it. I received no phone calls to confirm that they would be washing the jacket or anything. The jacket came back and was beyond any normal fading. It was destroyed unless you wanted to relive the 80's washed and completely faded out look. I've been on the phone for almost 3 months back and forth with the managers who are not claiming any responsibility and are telling me it was the manufacturers fault. I had no idea that dry cleaners wash anything. I could have just done that at home. Very discourteous customer service and not accountable at all.
