      Be absolutely sure before you ...

      Be absolutely sure before you pay them anything. I have been waiting for almost 5 months to get a refund of $600 I paid out of pocket for a procedure that my insurance paid in full. UNACCEPTIBLE BEHAVIOR FROM THEIR BILLING OFFICE.
