This business is a sham. I was there two months back and they damaged my sweater. And it still hasnt been fixed yet. They keep giving one reason or another and my patience is running out.



PLEASE, PLEASE read what the other reviewers are saying and AVOID this place at all costs. Because they are likely to go out of business soon if this pattern continues

Actually if there was a zero star, I would have given this. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS. I made the mistake of using them and my silk garment was damanged and I had to wait 1.5 months to get a response. I am considering legal action against them. This business is a joke. One of the staff members Avneet is so stupid that all she says is I will ask my manager and call you back. She never calls you back. The manager Manani is the one iN Tracy who will likely go to prison soon !

I wish I had read the other comments before going to Savings Cleaners in Livermore. It has been a month since they lost my husbands tuxedo shirt and still no resolution. The three different girls working the store are of no help; the most recent girl finally said I needed to call the manager. I have left a message but no call back. Also, when I was at the store the second time, another customer was there with pants that they hemmed incorrectly. They told the customer to pay a second time to get the pants re-hemmed. BEWARE!!
