Saw these guys on TV, liked the way they were straightforward with no weird gimmicks (um, a red beard? sorry tax masters) and like everyone else on this page I had a big tax issue that I was being dumb about and letting it sit around and grow year after year. They laid out a plan, and have been 'tackling my tax debt' ever since. It's been 4 months, my case isn't 100% done, but I've already hired them to prepare my 2011 tax return. Very professional, very smart people. Call them and you will see, don't take my word for it, but it looks like word's spreading about how good and reliable they are. I agree with the earlier person who said an online area for clients would be cool, but I'm not so sure how that would work so I guess I can't really comment. Plus your information would be online for hackers so maybe it's smart that they don't have a login!? 5 stars. If it dips below that I will update this review.
