Second day and my nails are a mess. If a mistake is made, either yours or theirs, they polish right over it. When that is done, your nail looks awful. My nails are full of small chips and lines (?) today. Will not be a return customer.TERRIBLE JOB!!!

This place is AWFUL!!! I have bubbles on 6 of my nails. There was a bubble on top of my nail before I left. They did not act like they wanted to fix it. Four different employees looked at my nails. The guy who did my nails was very rough with me. They said something to each other, and sent me on my way. My pedicure was so very bad! I had polish all over my toes. The girl who did my pedicure only massaged one foot. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I really enjoyed coming to this salon, but the last 3 times I left bleeding. The stylists stopped paying attention. I also tried the gel polish manicure and it was applied so thick it didn't last 3 days. Having a mani/pedi is a treat, but I can't afford to waste my money. Sorry, but I won't be going back.

Worst place in Lubbock! I went in and asked if they did full sets of colored acrylic nails and told them I want them shaped oval. They said no problem. I sit down at the man's seat, and he tells me he won't do oval because square looks better. I tell him I want oval and his response is, "let's start with square, it looks better." as he is getting out the pink acrylic I picked, he also gets out the solar acrylic. I told him I wanted all bright pink on my full nails. He then responded, " pink tips only. It will look stupid with all pink nails. Or just go pick a color and I won't use colored acrylic" I told him I didn't want paint because it doesn't last on my hands. He then sarcastically said, "I will pay for it if it doesn't last" so my response was to get up and walk out! Horrible service, horrible attitudes. There are nail salons on every corner in Lubbock. Be sure to avoid this one!
