Terrible customer service, terrible selection, cheap and dishonest people. Stay away.

Had no problems with forever yours bridal and i would certainly do business there again. Great prices and great service. I went there for my gown and never knew the extent of stuff i was able to find. they pretty much had everything. i found all the bridal party dresses and tuxes my invites and all kinds of decorations. Tracey is such a busy woman but is great at what she does. I will be back for my kids prom next year or if we ever need formals again

LOVE this little bridal shop! best prices and sooo friendly! they did my wedding gown bridesmaids tuxes and flowers! it was amazing!

My friend had a wedding in Lynchburg and this was the only bridal store in town at the time. There wasn't any dresses I liked so I decided to look through the books to pick some out. The lady never called me back about the dresses but suggested that I should pay up front for the one I wanted. The place looked sketchy so I decided that I should look around. aka. order offline myself or go somewhere else. Based off of everyone elses' reviews I'm happy I didn't order with them.

I referred my son and daughter-in-law to this store for their July wedding. I had done business, before, here, and was never treated like I've been this time. Bridesmaid dresses were sitting in the store, for months, and their alterations were not done until two days before the wedding. They also were stained. Secondly, my daughter-in-law's bridal gown bustle was held on by a braided thread which broke during the wedding and we had to pin it. The tuxedo vests and ties looked worn and soile. Two groom's men buttons popped off their jacket and had to be held together by pins. Another groom's man had a hole in his pant leg and the tuxedos were still being assembled on the day of the wedding. The tuxes were not ready by the pick up date and one of the grooms men had to pick his up on the day of the wedding. It still was not ready, which caused him to be delayed on getting to the church on time. Wedding gown shopping should be an exciting experience. Go elsewhere for your attire.

I totally agree, This place should be closed down for the way they do people. They totally screw up alterations. Darn woman has her kids in there doing work and it looks like it. I recently altered 6 dresses just days before a wedding that this place didn't do. They had the dresses for months and NEVER did the work. THEN they demanded payment in full when the bride took the dresses back just 6 or 7 days before the wedding. She had to PAY for nothing..OH, they had butchered the wedding gown. CUT the NECKLINE and then basted the edges down by hand. SLOPPY NASTY WORK> OMG it was a mess. I hope the bride takes them all to court. Tracey only wanted to get her hands on money. RAN right out the door and to the bank with the check! NEVER AGAIN> oh...and that dress won't new. It had definately been worn before. NOT trired on..but worn...When I altered it ..there were "THREAD BARE SPOTS" inside. SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE> GO ELSEWHERE

BUYERS BEWARE!! These people are incompetent and unprofessional. They took my money and never ordered my bridesmaid dresses. My wedding would have been ruined if I hadn't called to check on them. Then they lied to me several times. I also found out that they have scammed several other people in this same way. Run as fast as you can from this store!!
