This place has, by far, the best Chinese food I have ever had. I've lived in Melbourne my entire 25 years of life, and I've probably eaten at about 90% of the Chinese places between Palm Bay and Viera. Hop Bo is by far the best experience I have ever had. The person taking orders both speaks and understands English very well, and they have yet to get my order wrong. The food is absolutely phenomenal - the bourbon chicken is to die for, their egg rolls are not all dry and hard to bite into, their Crab Rangoon is not too sweet but just enough, and not super hard and over-cooked which is common, and my favorite thing about them is that they make their own crispy wonton strips instead of buying them in bulk in those giant bags. Those crispy strips for chow Mein and soup are my favorite and they hand cut and fry them themselves. They are amazing. I have never had anything from there that was not absolutely amazing. Maybe its just that I've had so much terrible Chinese in my life, but either way, I would recommend this place to anyone looking For great Chinese food, One downside though... they don't deliver... Totally worth going to pick it up though.

This place reminds me of chinatown.

This is about the best food your going to get in Florida. Im from Brooklyn N.Y. and know what Chinese should taste like. The people are from Brooklyn as well. I have eaten in the other place all around Melbourne,Viera and Palm Bay and Hop Bo is constantly great. Keep up the good cooking. They have Chow Fun , Yea!!!!!!!!!
