Terrible customer service for crew members who need their physical done! The manager Laurie is not friendly at all very rude and disrespectful. I will rather schedule an appointment with another approved provider where i would have to drive hours then to get seen by them again. Their team is unorganized and their facility is not clean neither. Laurie will try to contact any person's company president to get them in trouble for their lack of communicating! Sad sad sad
