Dental office was Awesome. Staff and Dr very friendly. Great experience

A little disappointed in how we were mislead in to thinking our insurance would cover the whole cost of the initial appointment with x-rays. We ended up having to pay 195 out of pocket when we could have seen someone within our network and the cost would have been covered at 100%. Not worth it if you have our insurance, United Concordia FEDVIP.

MY FAMILY AND I JUST MOVED HERE TO MIDLAND THIS SUMMER. WE HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR A GOOD PLACE TO GO, SO WE STARTED ASKING AROUND. AFTER SEVERAL FRIENDS SUGGESTED THIS PLACE WE DECIDED TO TRY IT FOR CLEANINGS AND EXAMS. WE ARE THRILLED THAT OUR FRIENDS TOLD US ABOUT THIS PLACE. OH MY GOSH, WE FELT VERY WELCOMED BY THEIR FRIENDLY STAFF. THEIR OFFICE WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE DENTAL TREATMENT WE RECEIVED. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT OUR INSURANCE PLAN OFFERED IMMEDIATELY. WE WILL KEEP COMING HERE FOR A LONG TIME.. LOVED THIS PLACE,,,,,,,

I was in pain and they gave me next day appointment.... even called me and brought me in before my appointment to help me! Everyone was so nice and made me as comfortable as possible during my visit! BEST dentist and staff that I've ever been to! I HIGHLY recommend this dental clinic... you will be more than satisfied!

DR. HUGHEN HAS BEEN MY DENTIST FOR YEARS NOW AND I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I ALWAYS HAD A FEAR OF NEEDLES AND I WAS TERRIFIED THE FIRST TIME HE HAD TO NUMB ME UP. I WAS SO SURPRISED IT WASNT SCARY AT ALL AND DIDNT HURT LIKE I THOUGHT IT WOULD. I TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS I'D RATHER LET HIM NUMB ME UP THAN GET A SHOT IN MY ARM! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO, YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED!
