Extremely pleased with my visit. I was terrified to do my root canal at first, but Dr. Nguyen was caring and professional, so it was not painful at all. She was honest and explained every procedure. The entire staff was very nice and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen.

I came in for dental work and I liked the doctor it was my first time and I can trust her to do what I like and she gave me good advice on my treatment. She worked on both my husband and I and it didn't hurt at all and he said she has a light hand, not painful. I would recommend to my familu and friends.

I just got home from my dental appointment with Dr. Nguyen. She and her assistant Raquel were very professional and concerned about any discomfiture I might be having. Mya the person who I scheduled my appointment with was also very polite and professional. I took my son there a while back and was impressed so when I needed dental work I went back to Dr. Nguyen.

To the unhappy patient with the veneers:

Ma'am we do remember your case. You came to us expressing to close the spacing between your teeth. You didn't express any concern to clean your teeth that is why we did not do it. We did an exam and presented different options to you. We tried to very hard to convince you out of veneers because of the lack retention. (over 2 hours worth of talking about the best options) We recommended that crown would be better for you because it has more retention and also the fact that you have no lower teeth to chew with. Crowns are more durable than veneers. You stated to us that you had an existing partial denture from another dentist and insisted on the veneers. We delivered the beautiful veneers to you and you expressed that you were very satisfied and loved them so we permanently cemented them. You came back about a month later because one of your veneers fell out. You told us that you had not been wearing your lower partial denture because it was uncomfortable and you refused to wear it because of that. We let you know that these veneers can not withstand the biting force if you are doing all of your chewing with your front teeth. So before you point the finger and blame our work, please look at yourself and see what it is that you are doing. You have to use your partial denture so you can have your back teeth there so you can distribute the biting force evenly throughout your mouth. Also you have to cut your food into biting pieces and move it to the back to chew. Veneers are not designed to withstand heavy biting forces which we explained at the first appointment. I advised you to make a new partial denture for the back teeth, but you refused to do it because you said they are to uncomfortable. I have cemented your veneers back on several time for free, but I can not continue to do it for you if all you are doing is using the front teeth to chew and refusing to wear your partial denture. We am very sorry you are so upset with the work we have done for you but we can not be responsible for it if you don't listen to what we recommend you do to keep your veneers and the rest of your mouth looking beautiful.

Don't go here. Dentist is very unprofessional. I went to this dentist for X-rays and exam. Expressed concern about spaces between teeth. In less than 5 minutes she was filing down my teeth for veneers. The temp she put in my mouth was somehing from borrow movies. A couple of weeks later she put the veneers on. In less than a month, they started coming off. One while flossing and another while merely pushing against it with my tongue. After over $5000 spent, she insist on charging $50 to recement veneer. Although it took less than 5 minute and only a drop of cement. Also I was left sitting in the waiting for an unnecessary amount of time clearly listening to her securing payment from insurance company for another patient. ( I did have an appointment ) THIS IS THE DENTIST FROM HELL!!!!!! By the way my teeth were never cleaned and no exam. NOTE-ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS WERE DONE WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. Kind of make you wonder.
